Let’s talk. If possible I will personally visit the site and carefully listen to your wishes, thoughts and plans. I will observe the daylight profusion and the natural ventilation flow.I take notes and make lists. After in my studio I sketch until a concept emerges. Three options will be presented and subject of discussion.
Later I use a computer to make a precise set of drawings according to current legislation conforming to decisive technical requirements. This set can be used to make a first estimation or to license the project when required. During the design development stage the project will be increasingly detailed.
The co-work with contractors, carpenters and suppliers will follow. In the course of the construction stage the project continues defining with accuracy followed by regular building site visits supervision.
