The ground storey connects with the generous street sidewalk with a frontyard garden. We re-used and relocated the existing façade to the lower front of the house. The new living/kitchen increased the surface and usability of the ground floor.
We have reassembled & repositioned the existing kitchen from the first floor to the ground floor. In this way we improved the natural light and ventilation. Additionally we have avoid some costs.
